Kasson is a dynamic, growing community with a population of approximately 5,000 residents. It is conveniently located on Highway 14 just 13 miles west of Rochester. The community has an excellent school system with strong emphasis on academic achievements.

The majority of the housing market in Kasson is single-family homes; however, Kasson also offers a variety of townhomes and apartments. Developers also continue to build new subdivisions in the community, and an assisted living facility is scheduled to open in the near future.

Kasson features several churches representing a diverse mixture of religious faiths. It is known for its beautiful city parks with pool, tennis courts, and softball fields and also has an active public library with a popular summer reading program.
